"The rule of law and the power to overcome
one's enemies by enforcing the principles of due process were not intended to
be the exclusive property of lawyers.
Yet, lawyers keep the secrets of this power to advance their own self-interest
(read: 'line their pockets').
The tendency of lawyers to prolong litigation for the sake of charging more
legal fees is not uncommon. (When charging by the hour, there is no
incentive to move things along or to be efficient, or to seek the earliest
possible resolution).
The average non-lawyer hasn't a clue how easy it is to learn what it takes to
win a lawsuit, and the legal profession is doing its best to keep you from
discovering their secret.
Many of the most serious problems we face as a society are the result of the
legal professions refusal to "open the law to all."
The rule of law and the power of due process are the property of the people, not
the lawyers hiding it from you.
The power to win is now available to
anyone willing to learn the law in terms a child can understand and use.
The rule of law alone (i.e., without
the power of due process to force our courts to establish justice) is the empty
dream of politician's rhetorical promises.
It is the power of due process that establishes justice and secures liberty by
imposing the rule of law on absolutely everyone - most especially crooked
lawyers and corrupt judges - to level the playing field and give everyone an
equal chance to be heard and present admissible evidence."
The problems most people face in court
(those who can't afford a lawyer or can't trust the lawyer they have) is not
knowing how to exercise the power of due process. Because they don't know
how the game is played, lawyers milk them for every dime they can squeeze, and
the losers usually have no inkling of an idea as to why they lost...all because
lawyers won't divulge the secrets of their trade.
Lawyers are not about to tell you their secrets.
Just imagine a world in which everyone knew how to protect themselves from
lawyers! What would become of us when everyone had an equal footing, a
chance to be heard, the opportunity to plead his cause effectively upon the
public record and demand redress for his grievances? Just think about
what it would be like!
And the only thing standing between you
and this better world is your own willingness to learn and teach others!
With the internet and electronic publishing available to us, you can learn for
yourself, and perhaps more importantly, teach others how to exercise the power
of due process to enforce the rule of law and restore our nation to the Land of
the Free it was intended to become.
So long as the only people who know how to use the
power of due process are lawyers (who as a profession refuse to reveal even the
simplest of procedures necessary to win in court) this nation will continue to
be enslaved by an oligarchy of elitists who have 'hidden the keys of knowledge."
